Friends of the Zoo (FOTZ) members beat the heat and join early at 9:00 am. Many animals in Zoo Central, Australasia, and Tiger Trail available for viewing, plus Beastro Cafe, KC Zoo Railroad, Flying Flamingo, and Endangered Species Carousel open at 9:00 am. Africa section opens at 9:30 am.
