Sunrise Yoga

Stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit in this uplifting, intention-setting yoga class to enhance your day ahead. Inclusive and open to all abilities and fitness levels. Sunrise Yoga is open to all levels, including beginners, ages 10 & up. A registered and paid chaperone is required for participants ages 15 and under.
