Karate - All Levels - 6+ @ Cesar Chavez CC-September

This class will equip students with self-defense skills, coordination, strength, self-confidence and respect. Class will provide introductory level of offensive and defensive movements of self-defense, along with exercise to improve and strengthen the body. Karate uniforms are not required, but nice to have.
