Join us for a free strength and balance fitness class for older adults, 55 years and older. In this 12-week exercise class, participants will improve their strength, balance, and overall fitness. Each class includes aerobic exercise, strength training, balance work, stretching, and fall prevention tips. Enjoy feeling more confident and steady!No class August 10 & 12.
