Celebrate the end of summer by creating your own functional work of art. Use permanent markers and rubbing alcohol to make a swirly, colorful pattern on a tote bag. Registration is required. Grades 7-12 only. *This program takes place on the 2nd Floor of the library while our elevator is under construction.
