Registration Required: Please be ready to arrive at the start of the program because materials may run out. Some shirts of various sizes will be provided...we recommend to bring your own shirt or another clothing item with white material, if possible. Arts - Innovate, experiment, and explore the arts online. This session we'll be making tie dye shirts. This program will be provided by University City Regional library staff and is recommended for teens ages 12 to 18. Want to stay in the know abou
