Outdoor Family Yoga with Neha

Children and their caregivers, stretch your minds and bodies with this outdoor yoga class! Using stories and movement, certified Yoga instructor, Neha, from Soul Lumos will lead families on an adventure through yoga. Sponsored by the Friends of the Sammamish Library. Held on the Plaza, the grassy area between the library and city hall. Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel and wear comfortable clothes.
