Karate-All Levels- 6+-September @ Pecos Community Center

This class will equip students with self-defense skills, coordination, strength, self-confidence and respect. This class will provide introductory level of offensive and defensive movements of self-defense, along with exercise to improve and strengthen the body. Karate uniforms are not required, but nice to have. Instructor Eric Mercado will have information about obtaining uniforms if desired.
