The North Portland Bike Fair at Peninsula Elementary is a free, all-ages community event hosted by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT)! Where: Peninsula Elementary School , 8125 N Emerald Ave, Portland, OR 97217 When: Saturday, July 18, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Activities are FREE and there's something for everyone, including: Learn to ride lessons for kids and adults Bike skills course to practice safe riding Free Quick-fix Bike Repair to make sure your bike is rolling smoothly and
