Highlands Festival

Stretching along Baxter Ave. between Broadway and Highlands, the free, family-friendly festival will the Highlands into a vibrant destination featuring live entertainment, local shopping, food, & activities for all ages.Coinciding with National Dog Day, the Festival has partnered with PG&J's Dog Bar and the Kentucky Humane Society to host dog-friendly activities throughout the day while supporting the Kentucky Humane Society!
