From Starter to Slice: The Art of Sourdough Bread Making

Join us for a beginner's sourdough breadmaking class! In this class, you'll learn stretch and fold techniques and how to work with different types of flour. Sample fresh bread and take home a sourdough starter to continue baking, while supplies last. Presented by Teresa Gill, Glass House Bakery. Please register beginning Wednesday, July 8, 12pm.
