Ravioli Workshop

Join Chef Instructor and food writer, Shawnie Kelley, for a collaborative hands-on class at The Well as you learn to hand-make the perfect pasta that she learned to make in Tuscany. You will also put together two fillings (meat and cheese), a red sauce, and pesto. Learn about the specialized tools, Master techniques for making pasta, learn the proper consistency, and how to shape and seal various shapes of stuffed pasta. Enjoy your creations at the end.
