School Age Program: Tabletop Theatre with Dancing Hand Puppets

Charlotte Mecklenburg Library's Frontline Puppeteers partner with Dancing Hand Puppets on a special Tabletop Theatre workshop. Come view a performance of the toy theatre piece The Dot and then stay for a hands-on workshop to create simple miniature tabletop theatres using cardboard folders and puppet characters that you can take home. Guest presenter Conni Burke-Mulligan, founder of Dancing Hand Puppets, is an educator, puppeteer, and an arts and technology integrator based in Indian Trail, NC.
