Canning Workshop – Peaches

Join Garden Manager Matthew Bagshaw for a Home Canning Workshop. We'll discuss the basics of pressure canning and water bath canning, as well as which foods require which treatment for safe and shelf stable preservation of your seasonal haul! This is a hands-on workshop. Each participant will take home a jar of canned peaches that we make as a group.
