Can Portland break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the largest electric bicycle party and ride in the world? On July 19th, as a celebration of BIKETOWN’s 10th birthday, you’ll get to find out and be a part of it. We will be making Portland history by attempting to break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the largest electric bicycle party and ride, which is currently held by Seattle with 405 e-bikes. Everyone is welcome to join in on the (very slow) ride, including personal e-bikes
