Ballet Fundamentals Drop-In Class for Ages 7-9

Ballet Fundamentals does not require previous ballet, but they must already be at least 7 years old. Parents sit on the side and observe their dancers, or may leave during class and return, in-person, for pickup. Students will focus on building core strength, proper posture, basic foot positions, and body awareness through structured floor and gentle barre work.
