ImageOHIO/FotoFocus Biennial Exhibition: Franklinton Across Time: The Floodplain Imagination
Friday, October 9, 202612 PM – 6 PMROY G BIV Gallery for Emerging Artists
Museum
Franklinton-one of Columbus's earliest neighborhoods-embodies a microcosm of urban evolution: indigenous displacement, early settlement, flood destruction, redlining, abandonment, and now, art-led redevelopment and gentrification. This exhibition examines Franklinton as a living archive, mapping changes in land, community, and culture across time.
Featured artists respond to this vibrant neighborhood and other places that evoke a sense of belonging with works on view from October 9 thru Nov 6.
