About Chef Luke

Chef Luke was born and raised in Stillwater MN, starting his career early in American diners. He spent 14 years studying and working in Los Angeles for luxury hotels including The Four Seasons and The Waldorf Astoria. After opening The Waldorf, he consulted several hotels in the L.A. area to bring their food programs to life.

After appearing on the reality show Chef Wanted with Ann Burrell, he specialized in Italian cuisine for many years and enjoys pushing the limits on world cuisine concepts and molecular gastronomy. In his spare time, he enjoys working with his hands, DIY projects, gardening, and spending time with his young daughter.
