Pursuit of Happiness

Pursuit of Happiness, January 17, 2026–May 2027. Pursuit of Happiness is a dynamic hands-on experience inspired by the immortal words from 1776. Through engaging activities like secret codes, tabletop games, and other types of play, visitors uncover how everyday people worked towards freedom and pursued happiness in their own ways.

The exhibition also breaks down the language of the Declaration of Independence itself, revealing the lasting impact of this revolutionary document on our lives and ideals.
